It is a 15.6-inch Full HD industrial panel PC with conformal coating on the motherboard, built for humid, oily and lint-heavy environments — built for reliability and long-term durability in humid conditions. That coating is the difference from the other 15.6-inch models in this range: same display size, same 10th Gen platform, but a board prepared for an atmosphere that would eventually corrode an uncoated one.

It is a thin protective layer applied over the assembled motherboard, so the solder joints, component leads and connector pins are sealed against the air around them. In a printing hall that air carries ink mist and solvent; in a textile mill it carries oil vapour and fine lint; in both it carries humidity. Those are what start corrosion at a connector and eventually cause intermittent faults. Coating does not change how the panel works — it changes how long it keeps working there.

No — they protect different things, and both are specified here. The IP65 front bezel keeps liquid and dust out of the face of the panel, so it can be wiped down. The conformal coating protects the electronics inside the enclosure, which the bezel cannot help with once the cabinet door is open or the air inside has picked up mist and vapour.

Every connector sits on one side of the panel — a centralized interface, all ports together for cleaner wiring and easier maintenance. On a machine panel that has to be opened for service in a production hall, it means the cables come in from one direction, the bundle behind the panel is shorter, and a technician can reach each connector without working around the display.

4× USB 3.0 (Type-A), 1× RS232 and 1× RS485 on DB9, HDMI + VGA driven simultaneously, one 3.5 mm TRRS audio jack and 2× Intel I210 Gigabit LAN. A Mini PCIe socket is free for 4G LTE, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth or a fieldbus card, and the board is conformal-coated underneath all of it.

A 15.6-inch 16:9 TFT at 1920 × 1080, 300 cd/m² at 500:1 with an LED backlight rated for 50,000 hours, and projected-capacitive touch (resistive 5-wire available on request). The chassis is 419.7 × 269.0 × 74.5 mm with a cutout of 411.5 × 260.7 mm and weighs 3.57 kg. It mounts in the cutout, on a wall bracket or on a VESA plate, and cooling is completely fanless — no filter to clog with lint.

Three on the Intel® Core™ 10th Gen platform, all with 8GB standard DDR4 memory (up to 32GB) and a 256GB mSATA SSD: i3-10110U at 2.1–4.1 GHz (part number C11.01.04.026), i5-10210U at 1.6–4.2 GHz (C11.01.04.027) and i7-10510U at 1.8–4.9 GHz (C11.01.04.028). The panel, the coating, the ports and the cutout are identical across the three.

12V DC on a 3-pin pluggable terminal block, with 9–36V DC optional, an ATX power button and an internal AT/ATX mode switch. Operating temperature is 0–50 ℃ as standard with −40–70 ℃ available; storage is −10–60 ℃ and humidity 10%–90% non-condensing. EMC is CE and FCC to EN 55032 and EN 55035 plus EN IEC 61000-3-2, the factory is ISO 9001:2015, and MTBF is 60,000 hours.

Wherever the air itself attacks electronics: printing, coating and laminating lines with ink mist and solvent, textile and non-woven production with oil vapour and lint, humid process areas and washdown-adjacent rooms, and any machine room where the cabinet is opened for service while the line keeps running. Where the environment is clean and dry, a standard model in the same size does the same job for less.
