CESIPC SafeCore™
SafeCore™ is a system-level operational safety protection architecture developed by Cloud Embedded Technology Co., Ltd. (CESIPC) specifically for harsh industrial environments. It ensures stable operation and protection of critical data even under situations like power outages, power surges, grid fluctuations, power switching, and unexpected shutdowns, through multi-layered interactions, including independent power logic, firmware coordination, power redundancy management, software-level data protection, and intelligent compensation mechanisms.
SafeCore™ is composed of four major protective mechanisms working in coordination, with the ultimate goal of “system recovery, no data loss, uninterrupted tasks, and continuous production.“
① Hardware-level Power-on Auto-start Strategy
After a power failure recovery, the system is triggered to power on by an independent power logic circuit, without relying on BIOS settings, chipset registers, or system status, ensuring that unattended devices can automatically recover.
- No manual button press or trigger required.
- Not affected by system crashes or BIOS resets.
- Suitable for enclosed cabinets, rack-mounted systems without screens, unmanned production lines, and remote outdoor sites.

② Redundant Power Backup
Supports dual power redundancy. When one power source fails, connectors are loose, or the power grid is unstable, the device continues to operate without interruption.

Advantage: Tasks are not interrupted, maintaining the production pace.
③ Software-level Power-off Protection
Through real-time verification of critical files, disk write locking, and image protection mechanisms, it prevents data corruption and system startup failure caused by sudden power loss.
- Power loss does not damage the system image.
- Safe disk writes, preventing fragmentation or file corruption.
- The device can resume its working state after a restart.
Advantage: It is not about repairing, but preventing damage from the source.
④ Intelligent Lithium Battery Power Supply Mechanism
