Their previous industrial all-in-one PC from another brand frequently suffered from screen condensation, motherboard moisture damage, and system instability, causing unexpected downtime and disrupting production efficiency.

After on-site inspection and fault diagnosis, we identified two key issues:
- Condensation ingress: In humid environments, water vapor condensed inside the display and gradually seeped into the motherboard, leading to damp circuits and short circuits.
- Insufficient protection: The old design lacked effective waterproofing and conformal coating, leaving the motherboard exposed to moisture and corrosion.

① Conformal Coating on the Motherboard
We added a three-proof (moisture-proof, mold-proof, salt-spray-resistant) conformal coating process to the motherboard:
- Enhances reliability and long-term durability in humid conditions.
- Automatically sprayed coating forms a thin protective insulation layer;
- Effectively blocks moisture, dust, and corrosive gases.
② Waterproof Front Frame Design
The CTN-1592BA adopts a rugged aluminum alloy front frame with an embedded O-ring waterproof seal between the frame and chassis:
- Achieves IP65 front panel protection;
- Prevents condensation and oil mist from entering;
- Maintains a clean, sleek appearance suitable for industrial use.
