What is the difference between IP67 and IP69K protection ratings?

IP67 protects against temporary immersion in water up to 1 metre for 30 minutes. IP69K covers protection against high-pressure, high-temperature water jets (80°C, 80–100 bar, at 10–15 cm distance). In food processing environments with daily steam cleaning or chemical washdowns, IP69K is the required standard. CESIPC's G-Series meets both IP67 and IP69K simultaneously.

Why is 304 stainless steel used instead of aluminium for food processing panel PCs?

Aluminium corrodes when exposed to chlorine-based cleaning agents, alkaline detergents, and acidic disinfectants common in food processing. 304 stainless steel is chemically resistant and meets food-contact hygiene standards (FDA 21 CFR, EU 1935/2004), making it the standard material for meat processing, dairy, pharmaceutical, and beverage production equipment.

Can CESIPC IP69K panel PCs be operated while wearing gloves?
