The EPC-S19X2A is a 19-inch fanless industrial panel PC for HMI terminals, control-cabinet door integration, machine operator interfaces and embedded automation controllers. Its 411.9 × 342.9 mm panel cutout fits standard control-cabinet panels, and the 75.1 mm depth behind the panel suits enclosures where a box PC plus a separate monitor will not fit.

The panel cutout for embedded installation is 411.9 × 342.9 mm. Overall unit dimensions are 443.0 × 368.0 × 75.1 mm, and the unit weighs 5.83 kg. Wall mount and VESA mount are also supported if a cutout is not available.

It uses a 19-inch 4:3 TFT LCD with 1280 × 1024 SXGA resolution. Brightness is 300 cd/m², contrast is 500:1, and the LED backlight is rated for 50,000 hours. Touch is projected capacitive (P-CAP) multi-touch or 5-wire resistive — the same 19-inch panel can be ordered either way. The front panel is IP65 rated.

Eight configurations across four processor tiers: Celeron J1900 (EPC-S1962A), Celeron J6412 (EPC-S1972A), 10th Gen Core i3-10110U / i5-10210U / i7-10510U (EPC-S1992A) and 12th Gen Core i3-1215U / i5-1235U / i7-1250U (EPC-S1922A). Power ranges from 9 W to 15 W TDP, and all four tiers use the same enclosure and cutout.

The mechanics, display, cutout and I/O count are identical — only compute changes. Choose EPC-S1962A for single-parameter monitoring or legacy Windows 7 machine controllers, EPC-S1972A for a current Windows 10/11 HMI at economy cost, EPC-S1992A for SCADA/MES clients and local data logging, and EPC-S1922A for machine-vision pre-processing or video-heavy operator stations.

Standard memory and storage by tier: EPC-S1962A 4 GB DDR3L (up to 8 GB) with a 128 GB mSATA SSD; EPC-S1972A 8 GB DDR4 (up to 16 GB) with a 256 GB mSATA SSD; EPC-S1992A 8 GB DDR4 (up to 32 GB) with a 256 GB mSATA SSD plus one M.2 SSD slot; EPC-S1922A 8 GB DDR5 (up to 32 GB) with a 256 GB M.2 SSD plus a second M.2 SSD slot.

This 19-inch configuration has 4× RS-232 + 2× RS-485 (DB9) and 6× USB Type-A in total. The USB split follows the processor: J1900 = 5× USB 2.0 + 1× USB 3.0, J6412 = 4× USB 2.0 + 2× USB 3.0, and 10th/12th Gen Core = 2× USB 2.0 + 4× USB 3.0. Display output is 1× HDMI + 1× VGA, and networking is 2× Intel I210 Gigabit LAN.

Yes — the EPC-S19X2A is completely fanless, dissipating heat through a 6063 aluminium housing with no fan and no filter to maintain. In this 19-inch chassis the whole 75.1 mm-deep body acts as the heatsink, so there is nothing inside that has to be cleaned or replaced on a schedule. Operating temperature is 0 °C to 50 °C as standard, with −40 °C to 70 °C available as an option. Relative humidity is 10%–90% non-condensing, and MTBF is 60,000 hours.

12V DC is standard, supplied through a 1× 3-pin pluggable terminal block on the EPC-S19X2A. A 9–36V DC wide-range input is available as an option for vehicles, battery-backed systems and unstable plant supplies. SafeCore™ power-loss protection preserves system state across an unexpected power interruption and allows automatic resumption when power returns — on a 19-inch panel left running unattended that is usually the difference between a restart and a lost batch.

The EPC-S19X2A runs Windows 10 and Windows 11, plus Linux Ubuntu 16.04 / 18.04 / 20.04 / 22.04. The Celeron J1900 build (EPC-S1962A) also runs Windows 7, which matters when a 19-inch panel is replacing an older machine controller rather than a new installation. Windows 11 needs a supported processor generation, so confirm the exact build against your software requirement with CESIPC sales before ordering.

BlockCore™ is CESIPC’s modular board architecture: the processor, display and I/O boards connect through board-to-board connectors instead of internal ribbon cables, which removes a common failure point and lets the compute board be upgraded later without replacing the panel or re-wiring the machine. The EPC-S19X2A panel uses the EPC-30XA compute module — the same box that powers the EPC-30XA embedded PC — so the two lines share BIOS images, spares and i-Door cards. The EPC-X2A family runs from 9.7-inch 4:3 XGA up to 23.6-inch Full HD with the same BlockCore™ architecture and the same eight processor configurations. The EPC-S19X2A (411.9 × 342.9 mm cutout) sits next to the EPC-S17X2A (374.6 × 312.6 mm cutout) and the EPC-W13X2A (325.1 × 195.5 mm cutout). Choose by panel opening and by how much information the operator has to see at once — 4:3 suits multi-parameter screens in a square opening, while 16:9 Full HD suits widescreen dashboards and video.

The EPC-S19X2A carries CE and FCC EMC approval to EN 55032 and EN 55035, plus EN IEC 61000-3-2, and its front panel is IP65 rated. It is built in an ISO 9001:2015 factory alongside the rest of the EPC-X2A family, so the 19-inch is covered by the same declaration as the smaller sizes. Certificates for a specific configuration and destination market are issued with the order — ask CESIPC sales if you need CCC, BIS or another regional approval.
