Our client, a century-old Spanish ham producer, needed a rugged, waterproof industrial computer that could withstand intensive cleaning routines and operate reliably in an environment filled with steam, grease, and salt particles. The previously used systems suffered corrosion, failures during washdowns, and unstable performance under continuous use.

We deployed the UTC-S1591G, a 15-inch stainless steel panel PC, specifically designed for harsh food processing environments. Unlike smaller 10-inch models like the KLD-1061CA, Although we also offer a 10-inch SS304 Panel PC, we recommend the 15-inch version for food processing factories like these.
The larger screen provides better visibility, especially for operators wearing gloves, and allows for easier interactionwith production software and control systems. In high-humidity environments with strict hygiene protocols, a bigger display area not only enhances user efficiency but also reduces operator error, making daily operations smoother and safer.
