1️⃣ Incoming Inspection – Quality Starts Here
Every EPC-10XA begins its journey with a thorough incoming inspection. Components such as motherboards, functional boards, power supplies, and metal housings check against engineering specifications. This ensures that only defect-free parts enter the production line.
2️⃣ Motherboard Test – Core Stability First
Before assembly, the motherboard—the “brain” of the EPC-10XA—undergoes a dedicated performance and stability test. This step guarantees that the heart of your Industrial PC is ready for continuous, heavy-duty operation.
3️⃣ Assembly – Precision Engineering
Our assembly engineers will strictly follow the SOP to complete each assembly step. Since the CESIPC product was upgraded to version 5.0, assembly has become easier. It is like building LEGO. Even other staff in CESIPC can complete the assembly of an industrial computer by referring to the SOP.
4️⃣ Initial Check – Early Error Detection
Once assembled, the unit industrial computer power on for the first initial check. This stage ensures there are no assembly defects and that all internal connections are properly seated.
5️⃣ Burn-in Test – Proving Reliability
The EPC-10XA is subjected to a rigorous burn-in test, running continuously under simulated real-world workloads. This stress test weeds out any potential early failures, ensuring long-term stability.
6️⃣ Functional Test – Ensuring Full Capability
- RAM Test: Ensures stable memory read/write operations, guaranteeing continuous and reliable system performance under heavy workloads.
- Power on/off Test: Verifies the system’s ability to boot up and shut down smoothly and repeatedly without errors.
- Every Interface: USB, LAN, COM ports, HDMI, and more—tested for full functionality. This confirms that your EPC-10XA performs exactly as promised before it leaves our production floor.
- High and Low Temperature Cycle Test: Verifies stable operation across extreme temperature ranges.
- Vibration Test: Confirms mechanical and electronic components withstand vibrations during transport and use.
- EMC Test (Electromagnetic Compatibility): Ensures the device resists electromagnetic interference and does not disrupt other equipment.
7️⃣ Quality Control (QC) – Final Assurance
Our QC team inspects both internal build quality and external finish. Scratches, loose screws, and any imperfections are unacceptable. Only flawless units move forward.
8️⃣ Pre-shipment Inspection – Last Check Before Departure
Before packing, we conduct one final pre-shipment inspection to confirm the product matches the customer’s order, configuration, and delivery requirements.
