Shopping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, We send products all over the world.

so there’s no single postage price – If you’d like to know what delivery will cost.
We’ll show you how much it will cost to ship before you place your order!

Where you ship item from?

We ship our industrial panel PCs directly from our factory.

What is the shipping time？

Standard machine can be shipped only in three days. For customization, Please contact us to confirm the specific delivery time.

Where is tracking information and how long until it arrives?

1, If you have your own freight forwarder in China, you can arrange for DHL, FedEx, or SF Express to pick up the shipment.
2, If you need us to handle the shipping, we will use DHL by default. After order confirmation and shipment, our sales team will keep you updated on the logistics status.

How to place an order?

2，Alternatively, you can directly send your inquiry to sales@cesipc.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
3，Completing the above steps, if you have provided your email or other contact information, our sales manager will reach out to you shortly.
4，Our sales team will further discuss the specific details of the industrial panel PCs or industrial PCs you need, or rugged tablet PCs.
5，After discussing the details and confirming the IPC( Industrial PCs) , our team will provide you with a quotation, including the shipping cost to your country.
6，After confirming the quotation, we will sign the contract and proceed with production within the agreed timeframe.
7，During the production and test process, our team will take photos and update you via email or other communication channels. Additionally, we will keep you informed with shipping and logistics updates before and during delivery.
8，You will receive industrial panel PC or industrial PCs that meets your expectations!
